Please remember when uploading your photos, there is a hole in the air freshener up at the top that the string goes through, if your picture is quite zoomed in, this could be an issue as the hole may cut through certain areas in your photo (eyes, heads, etc) Please keep that in mind when uploading, as we do not edit photos, also keep in mind the quality of the photo effects the print, if it's a low quality, dark photo it will print like that.
