• Shipping Orders: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped to the address you provided. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Local Pickup: You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it!

2. Where do I pick up my local order?

Local pickup is available in Grande Prairie, Alberta. You will receive an email with details once your order is ready.

3. What are your shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Rates are calculated by the provider you chose at checkout.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

5. Do you create designs using copyrighted or trademarked images?

No, we do not replicate or create designs featuring copyrighted or trademarked images, logos, or characters. This includes designs inspired by Disney, sports teams, major brands, TV shows, movies, or other copyrighted materials. We respect intellectual property rights and only create original or custom designs that comply with copyright laws.
