Politique d’expédition

We currently only offer shipping in Canada and the USA. Shipping rates are calculated by our courier service provider. If an item is in stock it will ship out within two - five business days, any custom items depending on the details of the item have a shipping time of two weeks unless stated otherwise on the listing. All shipments will have tracking if you purchase tracked shipping, otherwise it goes without. If purchased with tracking your tracking number will be issued to you once we have the details. Any damaged items caused by shipping will be directed to the courier used. Refunds will not be issued for any delayed shipments or damages once they have left our hands. Any damages incurred during transport will have to be addressed with the shipping courier/Canada post. Tututally Cute Custom Creations does not cover any duties or taxes incurred by our American customers, these are the customers responsibility and  hold Tututally Cute Custom Creations will not be held liable.
