A: We don't. All orders must be paid in full before any design work, proofs, or production begin. This applies to all custom and made-to-order items.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Most items are made to order. Our current turnaround time is 7–10 business days before shipping or pickup. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the details.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Yes! Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn’t started yet.

Q: Can you make a custom design for me?
A: Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send us an email (or message us on fb) with what you’re looking for. Custom orders require payment before design work begins.
Q: Will I get a proof before my order is made?
A: Yes! For custom and personalized orders, a proof will be sent after payment is received. Production starts once the proof is approved, so you can feel confident everything looks just right.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! Select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll send pickup details once your order is ready.

Q: How do I care for my apparel?
A:
• Machine wash cold
• Wash inside-out
• Hang to dry (preferred)
• Avoid ironing directly on the design

🔁 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?
A: Because our items are custom and made to order, we don’t accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.
Q: What if something isn’t right with my order?
A: If your item arrives with a defect or error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and include photos so we can make it right.
🎨 A Quick Note on Colour
Q: Will colours look exactly the same in real life?
A: No, colours will vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. This is totally normal and not considered a defect, there will be no refunds for this.
